We had another excellent turnout for the meeting at Dave Bennett's home in Woodstock, GA. Thanks to Dave for hosting the meeting and to Don Nute for the photos.
The Big Stump and Ducktown is a loop-to-loop railroad running along a hillside. One loop is inside Dave's workshop and the other is inside a hill. The back of the hill is open to allow access in case of a derailment. There is also a logging line on a separate loop above the mainline. The natural setting behind the layout sets it off beautifully.
